Things to know:
Parking for 3 Automobiles

Motorcycles, boats, trailers, or commercial vehicles are not allowed.

Must be 25 years or older to book this home, and be present for the duration of the stay.

Absolutely NO Pets!

Includes 8 community amenity wristbands for guest 12 and up, additional weekly wristbands maybe purchased.

Spa and Pool heated for additional fee of $75+tax per day for the duration of the stay, in the months of October-May. Spa and pools are not heated during the months of June-September.

The stay will be accessed via a smart lock and we will provide the door code on check in day around 4pm

During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

?This property is equipped with a monitor which detects smoke, vape, noise, and excess guest over the occupancy limit allowed. Violations will result in removal from the property without refund.

?Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.

?This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Destin Ordinance rules.?

We had a great stay. Close to everything you would want. Very easy check-in process and communication was clear. House was well equiped but dont expect any extras(beach chairs, beach towels, salt & pepper etc) this was our only disappointment. Every other rental had beach supplies. Pool area was private and clean. The pool is small but it was perfect for us adults. Ok...there is crazy thing that happens everynight from 10-1am. Some sort of wildlife (bird,frog??) It is incredibly loud and very annoying to humans when you are trying to sleep. Kept our family up every night. Not sure how you fix wildlife but just a warning to not be alarmed like we were. ?

First Experience in Destin!

This was our first experience with the Destin area. We were not sure what to expect, but had heard plenty of nice things about the area.


Well, we don't know exactly where to start but let's mention "Bart" from Gulf Tide Vacations. He was amazing and always available to answer any questions we had.


The "Das Beach Haus" WOW!!!
This is one beautiful amazingly decorated home. We loved everything about it from the private bedrooms, cleanliness, golf cart and the pool.


Just a Marvelous stay. We totally enjoyed ourselves. A much needed stay. We will definitely book our stay again very soon.

This house exceeded all our expectations! It's a bike ride from the beach or even better take the included gulf cart. The community pool is right next door. Having the private pool kept adults and kids happy. The layout of the house is setup perfectly to spread out. Plenty of room to converse but also not be on top of each other. Can't wait to book here again!

We chose this place because of the private pool and location to the main clubhouse, traveling with little ones it was nice to be close to the playground. Close enough to the beach it wasn’t too terrible to get there quickly. The house had everything we needed!

Beautiful and comfortable home for a relaxing get away for my hubby and I. Our flight was late, so we arrived after sunset. The outside lights were on, as well as the inside lights. Music was playing on the TV and the colorful light show in the pool made us feel very welcomed. This was our second stay at Destiny East--best location to everything and we like the privacy. Enjoyed the pool and the golf cart.

Property and location were great! There were quite a few rules which felt a little unnerving at the start but overall, we didn’t have any issues and we realized they are all in place to protect the owners property. Would have been nice to be able to control when the waterfalls and lights on the pool operated. The home was beautiful, the amenities were a nice bonus. Being able to use the cart to go to the beach was great! The neighborhood was very nicely taken care of and get very safe and comfortable. Thanks for a great end of summer vacation!

We had a really great time at the property. It was an easy walk to golf cart drive to the beach so we had lots of beach time. The beach area was very nice and not too crowded. This property was very nice and clean. It has a modern look with lots of amenities. The rooms are open and large. The golf cart was very nice to have. Just a few minute golf cart ride to the beach. Can't beat Destin beaches! There were sand toys and an umbrella at the property. The pool was smaller than appeared in the pictures but was suitable for our kids to play in and the adults to cool off in. It is very nice as well. Right across the fence is the community pool and hot tub which we used and was also nice. Overall we had a great experience at this property. We would recommend and would stay again.

Property was great all around. I would definitely recommend staying here if in the Destin area. Very convenient access to the beach using the golf cart. Many food options to choose from without even getting on Hwy 98. The private pool is perfect for relaxing in after a long day at the beach. House is in great condition and very well stocked for what you need while there. Had a great time, can’t wait to go back

There was a problem with the gulf cart during our stay and it was handled and fixed easily and quickly! This home is lovely and the property is awesome! The pool is fabulous too! Great property. Wonderful open floor plan with plenty of room. Next to the Destiny East clubhouse. Plenty of room for 3 couples and a little one. The pool was great for cooling off and relaxing. Property is right next door to the clubhouse. Would definitely recommend this property in the future.
